On Thursday, October 13, WQXR presented an evening of music and conversation featuring 2016 Richard Tucker Award-winner Tamara Wilson and Tucker Foundation grant recipients Erin Morley, Samantha Hankey and Andrew Stenson in a celebration of Mozart at The Greene Space in lower Manhattan. Together with pianist Brian Zeger, artistic director of Juilliard's Marcus Institute, they performed arias and duets from some of the composer’s most beloved operas, including Don Giovanni, Le Nozze di Figaro, and The Magic Flute. WQXR's Nimet Habachy hosted.

Mezzo-soprano Joyce DiDonato visited the Juilliard School on December 10, 2015, to conduct a master class for four students from Juilliard's Marcus Institute for Vocal Arts. Mezzo-soprano Samantha Hankey, one of the student participants in the class, performed 'Allez, laissez-moi seul' from Massenet's 'Cendrillon.' She was accompanied by pianist William Kelley.

Baritone Thomas Hampson visited the Juilliard School on January 28, 2015, to conduct a master class for four students from Juilliard's Marcus Institute for Vocal Arts. Mezzo-soprano Samantha Hankey, one of the student participants in the class, performed 'Una voce poco fa' from Rossini's 'Il barbiere di Siviglia' with pianist Ray Wong.
